Virtual Coach

Group Training sessions are available for members in the tri-state area. These workouts offer coaching, camaraderie, and the motivation that comes from training with others. Sessions are available for athletes of all levels:

  • Event Specific: Practices catered to individual events
  • Track Workout: Concentrate on interval training (fast short runs with rest intervals)
  • Road Runners: Feature tempo runs (steady runs at a challenging pace)
  • Yoga 4 Athletes: Improving balance, stability, core strength and flexibility
