I have a unique method and style of coaching. I take a holistic approach, combining strength , flexibility, endurance and power; adding a bit of running, stretching, conditioning and core workouts.
Our first session will be to assess your goals and current conditions. That information will be used to set up your program that will lead you to your goals in the fastest, most enjoyable, and safest way.
I will also look into your lifestyle and your diet in order to correct things outside of the gym. You will receive a scheduled training program, nutrition consultation, and guided homework.
I like to create long friendships with my clients and I’m proud to be a very important part in their lives 🙂
